The « Arts, Culture, Sports and Civilizations association » is declared in the Prefecture of the Bouches-du-Rhone on July 6, 2011.

Its purpose is : » to promote and encourage awareness of the arts and civilizations,develop and protect the diversity of cultural expressions, including the practice and use of regional and minority languages; initiate intercultural knowledges exchanges meetings,to relationship by all means culture and the transmission of knowledge with all kind of activities, in particular responsible tourism and sport. »
